As teachers rapidly innovate, we’ve worked hard to enhance our marketplace, launch new digital tools, and unlock more funds for educators, so we can provide them with the resources they need — now and into the future.
That’s why we’re proud to welcome James Aylward as TpT’s Chief Product Officer to lead and scale our Product, Design, and User Experience Research teams. The announcement follows several key executive-level appointments earlier this year and expands TpT’s senior leadership team. In this role, James will be responsible for driving TpT’s next phase of product innovation to meet the evolving needs of educators, schools, and students.

I’m thrilled to have James on board to help us scale and chart the future course of TpT’s innovation.”

James joins TpT from enterprise technology learning platform Pluralsight where he was a Senior Vice President and head of the Learner organization, one of the company’s largest units, overseeing 11 cross-functional teams in charge of learning and assessment experiences. He also served as the Senior Leader for Pluralsight’s Boston office. Prior to Pluralsight, James held a number of senior product roles at major companies including Fidelity Investments, Gazelle, Vistaprint, and Staples.
